Purpose of the information
The website presents Imobit's property search, investment opportunity assessment, advisory and brokerage for properties located in Brazil, including Bitcoin transactions. The content explains possible services and does not replace transaction-specific assessment or an engagement proposal.
Terms of each transaction
BTC acceptance, payment criteria, deadlines, documentation and fees depend on assessment and agreement between the parties. Initial contact does not confirm feasibility. Advisory fees or a transaction percentage are defined case by case.
Images and presentation of opportunities
Architectural images are illustrative. Imobit does not maintain a property catalogue on the website. We can search for opportunities for clients or assess an identified property. Individual studies are presented during advisory. Potential returns depend on each transaction's assumptions and characteristics and do not guarantee future results.
Scope of services
Real estate advisory covers properties located in Brazil. Property purchases abroad are not offered. Using Bitcoin does not remove documentation or applicable obligations and does not promise returns or acceptance by every owner.
Payments and security
In most transactions, clients send and receive their own BTC with Imobit's guidance. Case-specific procedures are agreed at the appropriate stages. The website does not request seed phrases, private keys or a Bitcoin deposit to view information.
